Join some of the Paradigm team, including your personal area Business Development Director, for a market update and to brief you on hot topics in our industry. Our workshops also provide you with a unique opportunity to meet and engage with our Lender & Provider partners on a personal level whilst discussing key issues within the current market. As always, lunch will be provided, and you will get a CPD certificate afterwards.

Some of the sessions being given are as follows:
Accord Mortgages - This presentation will challenge common mortgage myths around deposit requirements, affordability and adverse credit, using real market insight and customer research to highlight the challenges facing first-time buyers. Attendees will learn how solutions such as Accord's £5,000 Deposit Mortgage, enhanced affordability options, and common-sense underwriting approach can help more customers achieve their homeownership goals.

HSBC - Corporate Account Manager, Siobhan Moran will provide an update on the economy and specifically the mortgage market and how HSBC is supporting its intermediary partners.

Market Harborough Building Society - The challenges that high net worth customers face with complicated income structures, unusual property types and complex scenarios, where MHBS can support these customers with a common sense approach. 

The Coventry - The presentation will cover all key criteria changes supporting FTB, higher LTVs on New Builds, Self Employed niche along with Ltd Co BTLs and interest only.
