Join some of the Paradigm team, including your personal area Business Development Director, for a market update and to brief you on hot topics in our industry. Our workshops also provide you with a unique opportunity to meet and engage with our Lender & Provider partners on a personal level whilst discussing key issues within the current market. As always, lunch will be provided, and you will get a CPD certificate afterwards.

Some of the sessions being given are as follows:
Skipton Building Society - First-time buyers are vital to the home buying landscape and the lifeblood of the mortgage industry and yet, too many people in the UK struggle to afford their own home. In this session we will discuss the challenges faced by borrowers getting their foot on the first rung of the mortgage ladder and the innovation needed to allow more people to realise their dream of owning their first home.

Aldermore - This session covers three ways Aldermore helps brokers place more cases. On residential affordability, their model maximises different income types, including self employment, complex pay structures and multiple income streams, so clients can borrow what they need even up to 95% LTV. On adverse credit, also up to 95% LTV, a specialist manual approach supports historic blips, missed payments and thin credit files without stepping outside responsible lending. And on buy to let, the focus is on the harder cases many lenders shy away from: portfolio landlords, complex company structures and landlords with diversified assets.
