Richard’s role is to drive growth across the Paradigm Mortgages, building on the strength of the existing partnerships with member firms and Strategic partners and suppliers helping expand the Paradigm proposition to benefit all stakeholders with Paradigm’s sales teams. Richard has worked in the intermediary market holding sales management roles with Scottish Mutual and Scottish Provident and National Key Account roles with James Hay, Cater Allen and Santander for Intermediaries.

Tom Hunt

Tom is Commercial Director at Paradigm, focusing on driving commercial performance, strengthening lender and partner relationships, and supporting the continued evolution of the group's proposition.

Tom has been with Paradigm for over eight years, having held a number of roles across the business, most recently as Business Development Director. During this time he has developed a deep understanding of the intermediary market and built strong relationships with adviser firms and strategic partners. Tom holds the DipFA, CeMAP and CeRER qualifications.

David Ryder

As Head of Proposition for Paradigm Consulting, David is responsible for the delivery and continued evolution of Paradigm’s regulatory services. David has over 30 years financial services experience with 20 years spent within the compliance and regulatory support environment, championing the role of advisers and helping firms to manage risk and flourish commercially. David also manages the relationships with our investment based strategic partners.
David is also part of our Policy team.

Stuart Shelton

Stuart has been manager of the Technical Helpdesk Team since 2018, having joined Paradigm in 2012 as a Technical Helpdesk Consultant. He has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, and has held administrator, paraplanner, adviser and manager roles during this period. Prior to joining Paradigm, he worked for a number of small adviser firms, as well as a national network and has worked with individual clients, high net worth individuals and corporate organisations. Stuart is a member of the Chartered institute for Securities and Investments and holds a number of financial qualifications, including Pension Transfer Specialist and the Certified Financial Planner certificate issued by the Institute of Financial Planning.
Stuart is also part of our Policy team.

Graeme works closely with all of Paradigm’s compliance and regulatory teams and regularly presents the compliance sessions at our forums and Best Practice workshops. Graeme is also a regular contributor to supporting compliance documentation, articles and templates for Paradigm firms.
