We are delighted to announce that due to your feedback and a number of requests from individuals who missed it first time, we are running a repeat Consumer Duty Reporting webinar! The same as our last event, this will focus entirely on Consumer Duty reporting.  Spaces are just £99+VAT per attendee.

Ahead of submitting your first report, some of the questions you may be asking yourself now are:

  • What will the report look like?
  • What are the practical aspects of the report you need to consider?
  • How will you present your MI to demonstrate good outcomes?
  • What does best practice look like when compiling the report?
All of the above (and more) will be covered at the workshop. We encourage all firms to consider whether they are ready to submit their first report, and if not, book a space on this session to avoid leaving it to the last minute. We’ll also cover the ''Not once and done'' speech from FCA Director of Cross Cutting Policy and Strategy, Nisha Arora.
