You’re invited to join us for our first Best Practice event of the year! As always, this event is designed with your CPD needs in mind and will provide valuable insights to help you prepare for the year ahead.

So, what do we have planned for the January Best Practice Event?
We will have two sessions from Graeme Stewart, Head of Consultancy, beginning with an overview of the key compliance updates Paradigm has issued since our Best Practice event in November.
In our second, focused session, we will be looking at a suggested topic that you have asked us to cover as part of your feedback to us in 2025.  This will be a timely reminder for firms as we look at top tips for staff recruitment and provide a refresher regarding your firm's Training & Competence Plan, including setting the most appropriate Key Performance Indicators for various roles.

Mike Allison, Director of Protection at Paradigm, will provide a review of the Protection market in 2025, highlight emerging opportunities for Protection in 2026, and share insights from the latest FCA regulatory review. Mike will also outline how Paradigm can support you in the year ahead.
