  • Comprehensive product range: Mortgages for a wide variety of property types, including HMOs (up to 20 rooms) and multi-unit blocks (up to 35 units).
  • Refurb-to-let: Tailor-made for properties needing modernisation (without structural changes), with a 6-month refurbishment period.
  • Further advances: Funding for energy improvements, property expansion, or portfolio growth.
  • Flexible lending criteria: Up to £4 million per property and £10 million aggregate per borrower. We lend to individuals, Limited Company SPVs, partnerships, and LLPs.
  • Support for complex cases: Pre-application property assessments, low minimum property value (£75,000), and specialist support for unique or challenging cases.
