Today, we're shining a spotlight on two members of our team who are making waves and truly representing Paradigm's commitment to excellence in compliance.
Our Consultancy Manager, Sharon Ardern, has been selected to join the prestigious APCC Operational Steering Group. This is a massive achievement, as this group is the voice of APCC members across a diverse range of sectors. Sharon will be instrumental in ensuring that the needs and perspectives of our industry are heard and considered.
But that's not all! Sharon has also joined the Education Working Group. This is where she'll be helping to shape the future of compliance education and training. We're so thrilled to see her passion and expertise contributing to the development of our industry's next generation.
In addition, Carmen Bews, our Policy Supervisor, is a powerhouse of activity within the APCC. She's actively involved in several working groups, and we're delighted to announce that she's recently been appointed as the Deputy Chair of the IFA Best Practice Working Group. This is a testament to her dedication and in-depth knowledge of best practices in the sector and will clearly benefit our member firms when it comes to regulatory updates that we produce.
