Who can consider a foreign national residing abroad looking to purchase a property in the UK?
Hampshire Trust Bank, Gatehouse Bank and Together will all consider a foreign national residing abroad looking to purchase a property in the UK.

Thursday 23 December

Which lenders will allow clients to remortgage their current residential home, onto a BTL mortgage, without the need to purchase another residential simultaneously (e.g. if the client is moving into rented accommodation)?

BM Solutions, Principality BS, Newcastle BS, Hinckley & Rugby BSKent Reliance, NatWest*, Keystone**, Saffron BS, Bluestone Mortgages* and Mansfield BS will allow clients to remortgage their current residential home, onto a BTL mortgage, without the need to purchase another residential simultaneously.
