- Minimum 2 years remaining on the Visa*.

- We’ll accept up to four applicants and up to all four incomes
- There are no restrictions around the relationship between the main borrower (proprietor) and supporting borrower (non-proprietor)
- The main borrower(s) must reside in the property
- All borrowers are liable for the debt
